Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us.
